At A-OK, one of our specialties is collision repairs. Our professionals, who are highly trained, can guide you through a claims process. We can also help if you would like to report your claim to your insurance provider. An estimate will be provided on your behalf along with digital photos of the damaged area. If you need a rental car, or shuttle service to and from your home or place of business, we can help you out.

DO I HAVE THE RIGHT TO SELECT THE SHOP THAT WILL REPAIR MY CAR?
YES. Select the repair shop you prefer and make your insurance agent or company aware of your decision.

DO I NEED TO GET THREE ESTIMATES?
NO. There are some insurance agents that may ask you to get two or three estimates, but check with your adjuster first because it may not be necessary. Don't waste your time off the bat. Your adjuster will need to inspect the vehicle but go to your repair facility first and then notify your agent or insurance company. Traditionally the claims are not handled by the agent, but rather the claims department.

MUST I NOTIFY MY INSURANCE COMPANY BEFORE REPAIRS?
YES. Your insurance policy requires you to notify the insurance agent or company. Firstly make your report and then let them know where they can inspect the damaged vehicle.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPAIRS?
THE AUTO BODY REPAIR SHOP.
For this reason it is important that you choose a repair facility that TRAINED, EQUIPPED, and most importantly, that you are comfortable with.
